Note that you can store a maintenance history for any piece of equipment. You can also store pictures in BMP, GIF or JPEG formats. Once your equipment is cataloged, it's a good idea to use the Inventory Report function to print a hard copy report that can be stored offsite for insurance purposes. The program also calculates replacement costs in addition to inventory value. You may also create barcode labels to place on items for inventory purposes.
