Interactive Media

Tempo produces interactive software for business, academia and industry. These products fall into 3 categories:

Interactive Media
These include multimedia tutorials, CD cards, CD-ROM/Website interactive software demos, etc. A commercial product example is Tempo's Finale Demystified for Church Musicians CD-ROM tutorial, which allows the user to learn the Finale notation software at their own pace, with "real life" examples of tasks that church musicians use Finale for every day. Other interactive media examples include Tempo's CD-ROM demos of the Church Musician and Service Designer software.

Catalogs and Electronic Product Delivery Systems
These are designed to let a customer browse at their leisure, listen to and view samples, then order via a kiosk, CD-ROM or website. Tempo has developed catalogs and electronic product delivery systems for several music publishers.

Searchable Reference Materials
Tempo specializes in database customization and programming. Software can run directly from the CD-ROM or install to the user's hard drive. Connectivity to online databases and websites is highly desirable.

Tempo has produced a Reference, Index & Catalog CD-ROM for the American Institute of Musicology (published by A-R Editions, Inc.), which catalogs over 50 years of publications in one of Institute's series, consisting of thousands of pages of scholarly materials.

Tempo also produced "An Index to Anglo-American Psalmody in Modern Critical Editions" CD-ROM for A-R Editions, Inc., a leading publisher of scholarly music.
