Collection Library Catalog your musicals, oratorios, cantatas and other "multiple title" choral collections. Since every collection has a title, and the songs within a collection also have titles, there is a secondary screen in this library that lets you store unlimited titles within a collection, along with difficulty rating, scripture references, and usage history for each song. |

Drama Library Catalog your skits and other dramatic materials. Track whether royalties are due on the production, store script annotations, number of characters, etc. Store a media clip of digitized video or audio, if you wish. Store information on individual skits within a drama. |

Handbell Library Catalog your handbell and choirchime music. Handbell-specific fields such as number of bells and number of octaves are included. You may also catalog handbell collections with this file, since it can store titles and individual usage history for songs within a collection. |

Personnel Section The main Personnel info screen is set up in a "tabbed screen" format, allowing the user to store information like address, phone, e-mail, etc. as well as to assign ensemble membership, and track solo dates. This info screen then ties in with other functions, such as printing a roll sheet, taking attendance, etc. |
