Tip:
Quickly create a medley of songs around a theme, tempo and key center.

The issue:
You want to create a medley around a theme, tempo and key center, and you wish to use songs that are from more than one publisher. (The medley index in the back of most songbooks covers only that publisher's songs.)

Solution:
Use the medley-builder function in worship planning software such as Service Designer.

Using the MedleyBuilder, select a Topic, Key center and Tempo. Select "Exact key" if you wish the medley to be only in one key. Select the "Closely-related key" checkbox if you wish the songs to be in a closely-related key rather than an exact key.

Click in the checkbox in the "Tagged" column beside the songs you wish to be in the medley. When you're done, click the "Store Tagged worship songs" button.

The medley is now available in the WorshiPlan where you build your order of service. CCLI reporting is automatic.
