The issue:
You have written a piece of music and you need a drum chart.

Solution:
Using one of the Plug-ins, Sibelius will create an appropriate drum chart for you.

Here's the piano score for which you need the drum chart.

Remember, the Plug-ins in Sibelius are NOT undo-able, so Save the file BEFORE applying the plug-in, so you can revert back to it if this plug-in gives you unexpected results.

Go to the Plug-ins menu and select Composing Tools>Add Drum Pattern.

Choose a style appropriate to the piece and tempo. Click OK to apply it.

Sibelius will add a drum staff and create an appropriate drum part. Now you just need to click the Parts icon and print the part! Problem solved, and you're a hero!
