Here
are the results of SharpEye's interpretation of the scan. You can use
SharpEye's built-in editing tools to fix things it may have missed, or
go to the next step and do your editing and corrections in Finale itself.
Now select "MusicXML>Save As>" under SharpEye's File menu to save your scan in the XML format. Note the location where you saved the file. |
| Start Finale and create a new document of any type. It does not have to match the score setup of your original scan. |  |

Select "MusicXML Import" under Finale's Plug-ins menu. This item will be present on the menu once you have installed the SharpEye software with the MusicXML plugin (Finale 2000-2002). If you own Finale 2003 or higher, the plug-in is already present. |
