Support Policy
Our e-mail support costs you nothing but the cost of your internet
access.
Our phone support is available for the cost of a long distance phone call.
Any support issue will only cost you a maximum of two calls. If you call and
all
technicians are busy with other calls, we will let you know immediately, and
make an appointment for a time when you can call back and speak immediately
with a technician. We do not use voice mail during support hours unless all
incoming lines are busy. During some periods of the year, we may be stretched
thin at the office due to a heavy software development cycle, or because we
are covering simultaneous tradeshows. Please be understanding at such times,
as we are trying to constantly improve the software and introduce it to new
users.
Support is provided for the lifetime of each product version. Because solutions for bugs in prior versions are addressed in current version releases (as well as major new programming and feature improvements), we provide only limited support for prior product versions.

Patches and Incremental Upgrades
Patches
and free incremental upgrades for existing versions of Church Musician and Service
Designer can be found here. An existing installation
of one of these products is required, as is a valid serial number.
Data
Conversion Service
We are able to convert data from many other databases, including
custom Church
Management databases going back as far as the DOS
era. Many people have their data in an Excel sheet, Word file, or Access database
they created themselves. We can also convert these in most cases. Send us an
email
to see whether we can convert yours. Please be as specific as you can as to
the type of format your data is currently in.
The data conversion service we provide is FREE. However, we do it on OUR schedule. During some times of year, such as heavy software development cycles, or because we are covering simultaneous tradeshows, it is not always possible to provide the conversion service in as timely a manner as some customers might desire. Again, please be understanding at such times, as we are trying to constantly improve the software and introduce it to new users.
